1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the TAVRICON website (the “Site”) or engaging our digital marketing agency services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this Site and our services immediately.

2. Agency Services & Statements of Work

TAVRICON provides digital marketing services including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads), Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and AI automations. Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, and reporting cadence are defined in an individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Client Service Agreement agreed upon by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities & Ad Spend

Clients are responsible for timely provision of access credentials, brand assets, and creative feedback. Unless explicitly contracted otherwise:

• All media advertising spend (paid to Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) is paid directly by the Client to the respective advertising platform.
• The Client retains full ownership of their ad accounts, pixel data, domain assets, and business profiles.

4. Intellectual Property

The Client retains ownership of their pre-existing trademarks, logos, and proprietary data. Upon full payment of agency fees, all customized creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages developed specifically for the Client become the Client's property. TAVRICON retains ownership of proprietary agency templates, audit software, and strategic internal methodologies.

5. Marketing Performance Disclaimer

TAVRICON utilizes empirical data, statistical testing, and industry-leading performance practices to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and search engine visibility. However, because search engine ranking algorithms, ad auction bid dynamics, third-party platform policy updates, and consumer purchasing behavior are subject to external market forces, no ethical marketing agency can guarantee specific sales volumes, exact rank numbers, or fixed revenues.

6. Invoicing, Payments & Cancellation

Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly sprint basis unless otherwise designated in your SOW. Either party may terminate a month-to-month service engagement with thirty (30) days written notice.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
